A ribbon encircles the entire band. A dark blue string of flowers are attached throughout.  Flowers of the same color of medium size, are also interspersed throughout.  A Large glittery Butterfly is front and center, with two main yellowish flowers on each side of the large Butterfly.  Ribbons are attached at the band on each side.
