Yellow/blue with images of blue flowers imprinted on the base ribbon throughout the band. Yellow/green like ferns are mounted on top.  Blue and green paper like flowers with some foliage are interspersed throughout.  Lastly, a yellow multicolored string ribbon has been added in sections to finish off the headpiece.
