A headband consists of medium white pearls.  This headband then has a sheer medium turquoise ribbon with gold lines attached to the top.  In addition, then are anchored 7 beautiful round turquoise bead medallions, centered on the colored ribbon.  It looks like a unique queen like piece, of regal proportions.
