A satin blue ribbon encircles the band. An additional thin blue width sparkly ribbon rest on top of the other and also forms the ribbons on the ends of the headband. A variation of soft blue, light to medium, blue flowers surround the entire piece.  Two ribbons on each side are attached to each side.
